What is CAREERS+ ?

CAREERs Plus+ (CP+) is a two-semester personal and professional development program created by the AIT Entrepreneurship Center (AIT EC) in collaboration with the DN69 Family of Companies.

The program helps students and young professionals gain clarity about their career direction, build self-reliance, and become ready for global opportunities—whether in higher studies, professional employment, or entrepreneurship.

Though based in Thailand, CP+ operates across the ASEAN region and globally, connecting participants with mentors, industry experts, and an international learning community.

Why CAREERS+ ?

At CAREERs+, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all career programs. We believe in strategy, clarity, and execution.

  • Powered by AIT’s educational expertise and DN69’s industry ecosystem, we combine the best of both worlds.
  • You get access to mentors, networks, and resources that help you make informed, strategic career choices.
  • Our approach is inclusive, practical, and designed for you — no matter your stage of life or career path.

We’re not here to tell you what to do.
We’re here to help you design your own future — with the right tools and support.
